AEITS, Inc. is looking to grow its team! We are seeking a Software Developer - Service Now to support our customer in the Annapolis Junction, MD area. The Software Developer for ServiceNow will design, develop, and implement custom applications and workflows within the ServiceNow platform to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.

This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and ensuring system performance, security, and compliance with organizational standards.

Mission : As a Software Developer for Service Now on this government program, you will be providing support for this important government agency.

Location : Annapolis Junction, Maryland

All work is on-site. This is not a hybrid or remote position.

Clearance : Active Top Secret / SCI security clearance with Polygraph .

Certifications :

Microsoft Certified Database Administrator (MCDBA)

Requirements :

U.S. Citizenship

Active TS / SCI with polygraph

A Bachelor's Degree and Five (5) years of relevant experience.

At least one (1) year of experience in ServiceNow development.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and articulate technical concepts clearly.

Creative problem-solving skills to address complex system challenges and requirements.

Proficiency in JavaScript and software development best practices.

Familiarity with NIST SP 800-53 and Risk Management Framework (RMF) (desired).

Expertise in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions to meet business needs.

Desired Requirements

Experience with ServiceNow modules such as CAM, RMF, GRC, and / or SecOps (desired).

Education and Required Qualification

Bachelor's degree with a technical focus is required and Five (5) years of demonstrated combined experience in DoD program management or relevant experience.

Ten (10) years of demonstrated combined experience in DoD program management or relevant experience.

Travel

Less than 10% of travel may occur.

BENEFITS - Full-time Employees

Up to $5,000 annually for individually tailored education / training program.
