What are the responsibilities and job description for the ServiceNow System Administrator - Part Time (AE25011248) position at Advantage Engineering & IT Solutions Inc?
Location : San Antonio, Texas
All work is on-site, in-person in a SCIF environment. This is not a hybrid or remote position.
Part-time position : 2-10pm Monday, Tuesday, and 2-6pm Wednesday
Clearance : Active TS / SCI with a polygraph.
Certifications : Security CE or other IAT-I DoD 8570 Information Assurance certification.
Requirements :
- Customer service and ServiceNow Ticketing System experience.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience with Microsoft Office applications to include Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Experience in Ticket Management Systems like SupportIT and ServiceNow is a plus.
- Unix experience is not required but is a plus.
