What are the responsibilities and job description for the System Administrator, ServiceNow, Junior, Part-Time position at Advantage Engineering & IT Solutions Inc?
Location : San Antonio, Texas
All work is on-site, in-person in a SCIF environment. This is not a hybrid or remote position.
Mon-Tue 2-10pm and Wed 2-6pm
Clearance : Active TS / SCI with a polygraph.
Certifications : Must successfully acquire within six (6) months of employment : Security CE or other IAT-I DoD 8570 Information Assurance certification.
Requirements :
- Customer service and ServiceNow Ticketing System experience.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience with IT systems administration.
- Experience in Ticket Management Systems like SupportIT and ServiceNow is a plus.
- Unix experience is not required but is a plus.
