POSITION OBJECTIVE:
This position is responsible for meeting sales goals through the supervision of assigned licensee locations within a territory including, but not limited to, the following states: IL, NC, SC, KY, TN, LA, PA, OH, OK, GA, TX, NM, CO, FL. Insures adherence to See’s standards for customer service, merchandising, product freshness and sales techniques.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Directly responsible for the supervision and development of assigned Licensees within a territory including, ordering, inventory, customer service, product freshness, merchandising and sales techniques.
2. Acts as the primary contact with all assigned Licensees. Communicates regularly with Licensees regarding availability of product for See’s designated holiday seasons. Makes recommendations and/or gives incentives that will help increase sales.
3. Insures that each Licensee has received See’s training in product handling and rotation, merchandising ordering and customer service.
4. Partners with Shop Operations Offices, Construction and Shipping department for effective support of assigned licensees.
5. Completes evaluation reports for each licensee visit and reviews with National Sales Manager. Completes any open action items after visit in a timely manner.
6. Provides National Sales Manager with weekly written emails of trade area progress. Continues to research and identify new business opportunities and advises the NSM.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Five years experience in retail management in a multi-unit operation.
2. Proven excellent management and communication skills including supervision, training and leadership in motivating employees of all levels.
3. Able to multi-task and exhibit good customer service skills; ability to easily accept changes and learn new skills; good problem solving skills.
4. Ability to work independently and make decisions; ability to travel 75% of time.
