Job Description
Sales and Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary liaison between the pharmacy, sales team, and key provider customers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the sales team members aligned to pharmacy with daily communication to ensure close coordination.
- Collaborate with sales and internal teams to maximize adoption and utilization of services.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing providers, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Engage with sales and directly providers to understand their needs, identify growth opportunities, and promote pharmacy solutions.
- Facilitate the seamless onboarding of new providers, guiding them through setup and addressing inquiries.
- Work in the pharmacy 5 days a week, with occasional field visits with sales and key customers.
Provider Support and Customer Success
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key providers’ issues and escalations.
- Provide direct assistance to providers, troubleshooting pharmacy-related concerns efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with sales and internal teams to resolve provider inquiries and increase account engagement.
- Work within provider EMRs to streamline processes and enhance workflow adoption.
- Utilize CRM to coordinate and document wit sales and internal teams.
Pharmacy Operations and Reporting
- As needed, coordinate and oversee medication management, ensuring timely and accurate dispensing of prescriptions.
- Monitor and track medication deliveries, addressing delays or issues promptly.
- Implement and manage adherence packaging solutions to support patient compliance and improve outcomes.
- Develop integrated reporting tools to track delivery performance, address failures, and ensure rerouting as necessary.
- Analyze metrics to enhance pharmacy workflows, improve provider satisfaction, and identify areas for operational improvement.
Leadership and Strategy
- Align team efforts with corporate goals, driving initiatives to achieve program growth and success.
- Identify operational opportunities and propose enhanced standard operating procedures to optimize workflow efficiency.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on progress, opportunities, and strategic directions.
Preferred Qualities:
- Bachelor’s degree in management, business administration, or other related field
- Valid Pharmacy Technician license preferred
