A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ENTRY-LEVEL HVAC INSTALLER HELPER
As an Entry-Level HVAC Installer Helper, you are eager to learn! You ask questions, observe, and emulate the values we adhere to here at Advantage Heating & Cooling, Inc. You go out in the field with installers and help install new equipment. As you assist them, they mentor and train you on everything from how to talk with customers to how to properly install equipment.
You are a hard worker who does whatever is asked of you and pays close attention to what you're being taught. You enjoy interacting with customers and fellow employees. You also spend some of your time taking classes and continuing to expand your HVAC knowledge and skills. QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN ENTRY-LEVEL HVAC INSTALLER HELPER
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work from heights or small crawl spaces
- No experience necessary!
