Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all clients and field staff.
- Maintain accurate records of employee and client medical information.
- Contact new client referrals and hold them timely to coordinate care.
- Work closely with the service coordinator to ensure branch staffing needs are met.
Requirements:
- High school graduate/GED required.
- Minimum 2 years office experience preferred.
- Valid and current state-issued driver's license required.
