About the Role:

Were looking for a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist to provide care to patients in Stark & Summit Counties

If youre passionate about helping patients maintain their independence at home and thrive in a collaborative environment, youll fit right in.

What Were Looking For:
At least 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist (hospital, SNF, ALF, hospice, or home health)
Home health experience is a plus, but were happy to train the right candidate
Strong communication skills with patients, families, and healthcare teams
Ability to manage a caseload of 2025 patients
Team player who enjoys collaboration and mentorship
Licensed Physical Therapist in the State of Ohio (required)

Youll also have the opportunity to supervise PTAs and work closely with our in-house therapy team of PTs, PTAs, OTs, COTAs, and STs.
