About the Role:
We’re looking for a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist to provide care to patients in Stark, Tuscarawas, and surrounding counties.
If you’re passionate about helping patients maintain their independence at home and thrive in a collaborative environment, you’ll fit right in.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ At least 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist (hospital, SNF, ALF, hospice, or home health)
✔ Home health experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right candidate
✔ Strong communication skills with patients, families, and healthcare teams
✔ Ability to manage a caseload of 20–25 patients
✔ Team player who enjoys collaboration and mentorship
✔ Licensed Physical Therapist in the State of Ohio (required)
You’ll also have the opportunity to supervise PTAs and work closely with our in-house therapy team of PTs, PTAs, OTs, COTAs, and STs.
