Gutter Installer Responsibilities:

• Reviewing and understanding the job estimates and needs,
• Responsible for inspecting, repairing and installing new gutters systems,
• Remove old gutters, and install new - following the Homeowner’s Plan,
• Resolve any issues on site and communicate with homeowners and/or Contractor,
• Ensure every job is done the correctly and accurately,
• Follow all safety protocols,
• Report any job issues to the location manager and the office Customer Service manager,
• Know how to run our job operations software,
• Look and act professionally – following the Advantage Code of Conduct.

Gutter Installer Requirements:

• Possess a valid drivers license, including reliable transportation to and from work,
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions,
• Strength
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift heavy objects (ladders) and tools overhead

• Possess a tool belt and basic hand tools. Everything else will be provided.
• Ability to work in the summer and winter outdoor conditions as they occur,
• Able to work on rooftops and from ladders at any height. Not afraid of heights,
• Required to be punctual, meeting scheduled start times for your team,
• Driven to provide excellent customer service,
• Display a can-do attitude, motivated to deliver excellent service,
• May need to be able to be out of town for a few days a couple times a year,

Experience:

• Experience in the Construction field is preferred but not required,
• Prior experience working on roofs - not afraid of heights,
• Prior Construction Experience is not required. Advantage Home Pros provides excellent training before going out to the field and while on the job.
