This is currently a part-time position with a very flexible schedule and the potential to become full-time. As a Field/Construction Support Specialist, you will be integral to ensuring smooth operations on-site by keeping job sites clean, organized and prepared with the right materials to complete the job. This is an excellent entry level position to provide you an introduction to the panelized home building process. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain that all job sites are picked up, clean of debris inside and out, and swept
- Keep all materials neatly stacked on job sites and provide list to Construction Manager for returns
- Call for Dumpsters as needed
- Water and maintain newly seeded lawns of model and spec homes
- Ensure appropriate Advantage Homes yard signs are installed at all job sites
- Assist Construction Managers in completing daily tasks
- Pick up and deliver materials as directed for trades to complete work
- Broom sweep homes prior to carpet installation
- Soak garages and stoops as directed
- Maintain cleanliness of offsite storage units
- Receive trim deliveries and communicate with delivery drivers
- Meet all required safety guidelines of Advantage Homes
- Meet all required City guidelines as directed by Construction Manager
- Ensure erosion control practices are maintained at each building site
- Keep professional communication with homeowners when scheduling service times
- Post job site rules at each job site
- Install temporary safety railings or cones when needed
- Install Construction locks and lock boxes
- Complete a variety of support tasks including, but not limited to, filling penetrations, insulating crocks, pressure washing, sweeping and towel bar installation.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
