Key Responsibilities
- Identify and locate subjects associated with assigned investigations.
- Conduct discreet observations of subjects, utilizing both stationary and mobile surveillance techniques.
- Capture and record subject activity using video recording devices.
- Prepare comprehensive written logs detailing observations in the form of Surveillance Reports.
- Upload video evidence and associated surveillance reports in an organized manner.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Good driving record and ability to work flexible hours.
- Capability to travel and work extended hours when necessary.
Candidates must possess the following qualifications:
- Must meet state-mandated requirements to obtain or maintain a Private Detective/Private Investigator license for multiple states.
- Ability to successfully pass a 10-panel drug screening.
- Availability for weekend and holiday shifts.
- A degree in Criminal Justice or a related field.
- Relevant military service, law enforcement experience, or loss prevention background.
- Possession of a Private Investigator license in New Hampshire.
- Prior experience in surveillance or workers’ compensation investigations.
- Familiarity with video surveillance practices.
