Key Responsibilities
- Locate subjects involved in assigned investigations.
- Perform covert observations of subjects, utilizing both stationary and mobile surveillance techniques.
- Document subject activities through video recording.
- Prepare comprehensive surveillance reports detailing observations.
- Upload video evidence along with surveillance reports for review.
- Strong creative thinking abilities.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Must adhere to state-mandated requirements for obtaining or maintaining a Private Detective/Private Investigator license in multiple states.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Availability for weekend and holiday assignments.
- Candidates must be able to pass a 10-panel drug screening.
- A Criminal Justice degree, military service (with honorable discharge), law enforcement experience, or loss prevention experience is preferred.
- Possession of a Private Investigator license for New Jersey is desirable.
- Previous related experience in surveillance and workers’ compensation investigations is an advantage.
- Familiarity with video surveillance activities is beneficial.
