Schedule: 12-hour shifts
Day Shift: 6:30 AM - 6:45 PM
Night Shift: 6:30 PM - 6:45 AMFull-time and Part-time positions available
Rates: Based on years of experience. Our starting wages, shift differentials, and per-pay-period attendance bonus make our compensation highly competitive.

Role Overview:Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) play a vital role in caring for our residents. CNAs help ensure resident safety, comfort, and quality of life by assisting with daily needs and reporting any care concerns to the nursing team and other facility staff. They build strong, compassionate relationships with residents and their families.
Qualifications:
Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing with the State of Michigan, or
Graduate of a state-approved CNA training program with plans to complete the state exam within 120 days of hire
Compassionate, patient, team-oriented, and resident-centered
Able to communicate clearly in written and verbal form and work effectively within an interdisciplinary team
