What you would be doing : The noncertified Nurse Assistant plays a key role at The Orchards. Our nurse assistants establish caring relationships with our residents and works with them to ensure their comfort and safety by attending to their needs and reporting care needs to the members of the nursing team and other center team members.What your work schedule would be : We offer 12 hours shifts to best meet the needs of your personal commitments and those of our residents.The successful candidate :
- Must have completed a State Approved Certified Nursing Assistant training course and be prepared to pass the State competency examination (written and skills) within 120 days of employment resulting in name entered into state nurse aide registry.
- Is resident centered, patient, compassionate, gentle, empathetic and a committed team player.
