We are a well-established local lumber company seeking a responsible, motivated, energetic, and friendly individual to join our team at our Grover, NC location. Job Description:
This full-time position offers a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:
- Customer Service: Greeting customers and answering phones in a friendly and professional manner.
- Order Processing: Printing orders for fulfillment, packaging and shipping sample orders.
- Shipping Coordination: Running shipping quotes, scheduling shipments, and processing shipping claims.
- Sales Support: Assisting sales staff and managers as needed.
- Data Entry & Filing: Accurately entering data and organizing files.
- Payment Processing: Handling customer payments and related tasks.
- Office Maintenance: Performing light office cleaning duties.
Work Hours:
- Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
- Occasional Saturday half days, as needed.
Compensation & Benefits:

Ideal Experience & Skills:
- Previous office experience or customer service background.
- Working knowledge of NetSuite, Excel, and Google Docs is a plus.
- Basic understanding of shipping and order processing.
- Ability to handle payment processing and basic administrative duties.
