SUMMARY:
The Quality Receiving Inspector is responsible for inspecting and reviewing the documentation of all products and components received at Coral Spring site according to quality requirements. This position ensures continued compliance to regulatory and/or internal standards and identifying compliance issues and/ or non-conformances.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform visual inspection of the received boxes.
- Review received paperwork for discrepancies according to the quality procedures.
- Determine which products or components will require incoming inspection and which ones can be moved to the dock to stock program.
- Maintain the Receiving Log and filed paperwork according to quality procedures.
- Responsible for performing transactions in the ERP system, as applicable.
- Supports Audit readiness and preparation activities.
- Support product testing activities at incoming inspection area as needed.
- Inspections and testing of all products such as, but not limited to, Cables, Leadwires, Yokemates, Sensors, and other components received from vendors that require inspection according to Purchasing requirements, Special Inspection Requirements, drawings and/or work instructions.
- Inspection and testing of all products manufactured or assembled in Coral Springs location according to quality requirements.
- Inspection and testing of FAI.
- Be familiar with the quality policy and understand their roles and responsibilities for supporting that policy.
- Be aware of the company objectives and understand their role in meeting those goals and objectives.
- Performs other administrative duties for the Quality group as assigned.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); an associate’s degree preferred, or 2 to 3 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in a regulated industry.
