SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for processing all shipping labels for customer orders, entering information into our ERP system, Acumatica, and handling all special shipping instructions. In addition, assisting with conducting the pulling, verification, and packaging of items in inventory as specified on a picking ticket for customer orders. This position assists in loading the merchandise into the FedEx and UPS trucks. This position is responsible for receiving and organize incoming product per FIFO requirements into inventory from the Receiving and Production departments.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Printing Shipping labels for customers’ orders
- Data Entry in Acumatica
- Handling pro forma orders/COC’s/Special Shipping Instructions
- Pulling product off the shelf per the picking ticket
- Verification and packaging
- Filling out warehouse documentation (i.e., picking ticket) legibly and neatly
- Create the shipping entries in the ERP system.
- Receive incoming products into inventory from Receiving department via a PO.
- Receive incoming products into inventory from Production department via a MO.
- Follow FIFO procedure.
- Assist during inventory counts.
- Assist in loading FedEx and UPS trucks.
- Assist in organizing the product in the warehouse per FIFO requirements.
- Forklift certified/experience

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Level 2: Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or three months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
