Assignment Details:
- Location: Alexandria, LA
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Day Shift)
- Schedule: 3 x 12-hour shifts per week (36 hours total)
Work Environment:
- Unit: Med/Surg (36 beds)
- Nurse-to-Patient Ratio: 1:6
- Equipment: EKG Machine, DynaMaps, Bladder Scanner, Vein Finder, Telemetry
- EMR System: Meditech
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to Med/Surg patients
- Monitor and document patient conditions and progress
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for effective patient outcomes
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Promote patient safety and comfort
Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- Minimum 1 year of recent Med/Surg experience preferred
- Current BLS certification
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
Compensation: Earn up to $2,255.76 weekly, including:
- $995.76 in taxable income
- $1,260 in non-taxable stipends
