Advantage Medical Professionals is now hiring a Travel Sterile Processing Technician (SP Tech) for an immediate opportunity in Baton Rouge, Louisiana at Our Lady of the Lake. This 13-week contract features a PM shift schedule and immediate interviews are available for qualified candidates.

Assignment Details
- Location: Baton Rouge, LA
- Facility: Our Lady of the Lake
- Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
- Schedule: 40 hours per week
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Start Date: April starts available
- Licensure Radius: Must live 50 miles from facility address
Key Responsibilities
- Decontaminate, assemble, and sterilize surgical instruments and trays
- Operate autoclaves and sterilization equipment according to safety standards
- Maintain inventory of sterile supplies and ensure proper storage
- Collaborate with OR staff to anticipate instrument needs
- Adhere to infection control guidelines and departmental protocols
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recent Sterile Processing Tech experience
- National certification - CRCST
- Ability to work night shifts in a fast-paced hospital environment
- Must live at least 50 miles away from the facility
Earn up to $1,500 weekly
- $600 taxed hourly pay
- $900 weekly non-taxed stipend (housing meals & incidentals)
