- Applicant needs strong accounting skills and excel spreadsheet experience.
- Enter and Review Payroll and Employee data.
- Responsible for timely and accurate completion of weekly payroll.
- Process Tax Deposits and 401K contributions.
- Maintain records for Vacations and Sick Leave.
- Process Employee Benefits Enrollment and Payments.
- Experience with various Government Programs, ie : FMLA, PFML, L&I claims, Garnishments.
- Various accounting tasks as requested.
- Assist with end of month processes.
- Account and schedule reconciliations and some statement balancing.
- Fill in as necessary for cashier, receptionist, assist with supervision of same. Must be able to work the occasional weekend.
- We are looking for team player.
- Excellent attendance.
- 2 years of ACCOUNTING - Payroll - HR experience preferred but willing to train the right individual.
- Must be able to use a 10-Key.
- Dealership experience preferred, but open to other backgrounds.
- Pre-Employment drug screen.
