Responsibilities
- 1 on 1 Patient Care.
- Provide nursing care in accordance with the physician's care plan of treatment
- Take and record vitals
- Monitor conditions and compose patient charts.
- Assist in daily activities.
Requirements
- Active IL Nursing License
- Current CPR Certification
