Key Responsibilities
- Accurately document patients’ medical histories
- Measure and record vital signs such as blood pressure and heart rate
- Observe patients under treatment for progress and medication side effects
- Monitor and chart patient conditions, including fluid intake and output
- Assist patients with daily living activities, including eating and bathing
- Administer prescribed medications and execute wound care
- Provide emotional support and guidance to patients when necessary
- Strong observational and recording skills
- Proficient in taking vital signs
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach
- Excellent communication abilities
- Capability to offer psychological support to patients
- Current LPN license in the state of Missouri
- No prior pediatric or private duty nursing experience required, as we provide comprehensive training
