Key Responsibilities
- Accurately document patient medical histories.
- Measure and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and heart rate.
- Monitor patient progress and identify side effects from medications.
- Observe and evaluate patients' conditions, including fluid intake and output, and maintain patient charts.
- Assist patients with daily living activities such as eating and bathing.
- Administer prescribed medications, injections, and dress wounds, providing essential medical care.
- Offer emotional and psychological support as required.
- Compassionate patient care delivery.
- Proficient record-keeping abilities.
- Capability to monitor vital signs and assess patient conditions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
