Key Responsibilities
- Accurately document patients’ medical histories.
- Measure and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, and heart rate.
- Monitor patient conditions and note any progress or side effects of treatments.
- Assist patients with essential daily activities, including eating and bathing.
- Administer prescribed medications, injections, and basic medical care as needed.
- Provide emotional and psychological support to patients.
- Proficient in documenting medical histories and vital signs.
- Strong observational skills for monitoring patient progress.
- Ability to assist patients with daily living activities.
- Knowledgeable in administering medications and basic patient care.
