Full-Time Member Solutions Specialist II-Consumer Loan Officer, Advantage One Credit Union
Advantage One is seeking enthusiastic individuals with strong member service and sales skills to fill a full-time Member Solutions Specialist II position.
Qualified candidates will:
- Represent the credit union to members in a courteous and professional manner and provide prompt, efficient, and accurate service in the processing of transactions.
- Respond to members’ requests, problems, and complaints and/or direct them to the proper person for specific information and assistance
- Open new accounts and provide members with all necessary information for membership
- Open additional products or services to meet members’ needs
- Process member transactions
- Process, approve, close, and disburse loans in a timely manner (consumer loans and VISAs)
- Promote credit union products and services based on member needs that are obtained from member interviews
- Implement new products and services in accordance with management direction
- Ensure loans are disbursed in accordance with credit union policy and regulatory requirements while minimizing errors
- Display exceptional member enhancement and cross-promotional skills
Requirements for this position are strong sales skills, dependability, and the ability to multi-task. Qualified candidates must have full availability, Monday through Friday.
