Responsibilities

- Apply appropriate pest control treatments using hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery as necessary.
- Educate clients on pest prevention strategies and provide recommendations for maintaining a pest-free environment.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed, including treatments applied and follow-up schedules.
- Drive to various job sites, ensuring timely arrival and adherence to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to develop effective pest management plans tailored to individual client needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, pest control techniques, and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in pest control or related fields such as lawn care or landscape maintenance is preferred.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to the trade.
- Strong sales skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients about services offered.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and have a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
