We are seeking a highly organized and customer service-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our patients and visitors.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Verify patient insurance information and collect necessary paperwork
- Assist with medical administrative support tasks, such as filing and data entry
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and clinic
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations of the office
Skills:
- Previous experience working at a front desk or in an administrative role
