• Process orders, returns, and exchanges while ensuring data entry accuracy in our systems.
• Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve service delivery.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions for future reference.

Skills

• Proven experience in sales or customer support roles is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail to ensure accuracy.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is a plus.
• Familiarity with call center operations or client services is advantageous.
• Ability to work effectively in an office environment while utilizing computerized systems.
• Multilingual capabilities are preferred to better serve our diverse clientele.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
