What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant/Maintenance Coordinator position at Advantage Property Management?
Our team is growing and needing assistance in our maintenance department. Job duties will include the following:
-Answering phone calls and helping clients with general questions regarding their maintenance issues.
-Relay issues to property owners and maintenance manager for direction.
-Initiating work order via computer software to generate repair requests to vendors.
-Answering questions via owners, vendors and tenants relating to their work order requests. This includes emails, phones and in person contact.
-Following up with vendors to ensure timely work orders completion.
-Communication with tenants to ensure of a positive experience so we can gain positive reviews once completed.

Candidates must have the following qualities:
-Dependable with minimimal call outs
-Organization skills
-Use of computer software, printers and faxes common knowledge
-Willingness to communication with all parties involved
-Calling third party vendors to establish relationships, negotiate pricing, and helping to grow vendors to use for repair work needed in each line of work
-Follow up skills to ensure all jobs under your assignment are completed
-Basic knowledge of components of a home is highly favored
-Potential employee will exhibit punctuality, be very detailed oriented, a great communicator and excel at documenting steps and processes. Must be able to multitask.
-Availability Monday- Friday 8:30-4:30 CST is necessary to this position.
Collierville location.
Vacation time earned.
