What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Marketing position at Advantage Realty #1?
Must have:
1. FL real estate license not required, however, Experience in Real Estate is a MUST(3 -Years).
2. Flexibility with time frames, some days run later than others if there's a marketing deadline.
2. Social Media Marketing skills- Meta Business Suite Scheduling, LinkedIn, Tiktok, Capcut, Canva, Google Business. In addition: Agent promotional videos, property tours, photography skills, Zillow/Realtor.com, ability to manage broker email & learn a new website and how to assist in managing it. Must be social and outgoing as you will be team marketing leader for 35 Agents.
3. Self starter, able to set achieve goals/objectives. If your looking to show your creativity, love social media and web design then join our team!
4.Dress, Act, speak & write professionally. It is an in-office position. Dress accordingly.
5. Bilingual is a plus but not required.
6. Must be able to fold a high volume of flyers in a weeks notice.

Your bilingual abilities will aid in reaching diverse audiences, while your expertise in Adobe Creative Suite/Canva/Capcut and content marketing will enhance our creative output.
