The DON will oversee all nursing operations, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and foster a compassionate and professional care environment. Responsibilities :
Oversee and manage all nursing staff and ensure high-quality patient care.
Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and best practices.
Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.
Supervise and support the nursing team, providing guidance and professional development opportunities.
Collaborate with physicians, healthcare professionals, and administrative staff to enhance patient care.
Monitor patient outcomes and implement quality improvement initiatives.
Manage budgets, staffing, and resources to maintain operational efficiency.
Conduct audits, evaluations, and reports to ensure continuous compliance and improvement.

Qualifications :
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana.
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; equivalent experience considered.
Minimum of 3-5 years of nursing leadership experience, preferably in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility.
Strong knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
