About the Role
We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Professional to join our team at Advantage Recruiting Group. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to drive occupancy and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive occupancy and revenue growth
- Built and maintain relationships with referral sources, families, and community partners
- Guide potential residents and families through the sales process, including tours, follow-ups, and contract completion
- Track sales metrics and occupancy trends, adjusting strategies as needed
- Coordinate marketing campaigns, events, and outreach initiatives to promote the community
- Ensure a seamless move-in process for new residents while upholding excellent customer service
- Collaborate with operations and care teams to align sales efforts with resident needs
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 2 years of sales experience in senior living, healthcare, or a related field
- Proven ability to meet or exceed occupancy and revenue targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience with CRM systems and sales tracking tools
