Key Responsibilities :
- Assess patients and develop individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and function
- Implement therapeutic exercises and activities tailored to both neurological and orthopedic conditions
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other rehab professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and families on injury prevention, post-treatment care, and ongoing wellness strategies
- Maintain accurate documentation and proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
- Treat patients in an assisted living facility setting (training and mentorship available for those new to this environment)
Qualifications :
Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in OR
Experience in neurological and orthopedic rehabilitation preferred
Strong interest in obtaining professional certifications to specialize in skills specific to Attain
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to adapt and bring creativity into therapy sessions
