Key responsibilities include developing and executing sales and marketing strategies, building and maintaining relationships with referral sources, families, and community partners, guiding potential residents and families through the sales process, tracking sales metrics and occupancy trends, and coordinating marketing campaigns and events to promote the community.
Requirements include 2 years of sales experience in senior living, healthcare, or a related field, proven ability to meet or exceed occupancy and revenue targets, excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, and experience with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
