Pay : $16.15 per hour (pay increase once hired)

Assembler Responsibilities :
- Assemble small and large components to form sub-assemblies or completed assemblies.
- Safely operate a base robot and sub-assembly machines.
- Perform quality checks consistent with the Inspection and control plans.
- Inventory / replenish parts to assembly stations.
- Analyze orders and drawings to determine assembly procedures such as component types and configuration, mounting locations, and clearances required.
- Utilize hand tools, air tools, and rivet guns.
- Collaborate with other employees / departments while working in a team-based environment.
- Cross-train on all assembly lines.
- Maintain equipment and work areas in a clean and orderly manner.
- High School Diploma.
- 2 years of related manufacturing / assembly experience.
- Ability to stand / walk for extended periods and frequently lift 50 pounds.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
