Pay : $20 per hour
Shift : Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll process sales and service orders, enter data into SAP, and respond to customer inquiries. You'll assist customers by providing product information, troubleshooting issues, and resolving order discrepancies. Additionally, you'll place outgoing calls to promote products, confirm orders, and follow up on any open or delayed shipments. You'll also be responsible for managing return authorizations and ensuring product receipt, and collaborating with other departments to expedite orders when needed.
Responsibilities :
- Answer incoming communications and process sales or service orders.
- Enter business partner data into SAP and manage product registrations.
- Respond to inquiries about orders, inventory, and shipments.
- Provide customers with product information and troubleshoot issues to avoid service orders.
- Make outgoing calls to promote products, recommend additional items, and follow up on discrepancies.
- Research return authorizations and service orders, ensuring timely processing.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve delays or shipment issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Knowledge of product lines and customer service policies / procedures.
- Call center experience preferred but not required.
- Attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
