Our client is looking for an experienced Fabrication Shop Supervisor to join their organization. In this role, you will oversee daily operations in the fabrication shop, guiding a team of skilled professionals to meet production goals and maintain top-tier standards. Schedule : 7am - 5pm, Monday - Friday
Pay : $18 per hour
Key Responsibilities :
- Proficient in CNC and manual machining for a range of equipment.
- Skilled in machine programming using software like BobCad.
- Supervise and train machinists, operators, and programmers while ensuring quality and deadlines are met.
- Manage workflow priorities and collaborate with departments to enhance production efficiency.
- Maintain and troubleshoot machines, recommending and requisitioning necessary tooling.
- Assist with quoting by estimating programming, machining time, and tooling requirements.
- Address production issues and equipment malfunctions as needed.
- Prefer 5 years of supervision experience
- Prefer 12 years of fabrication / welding experience
- Valid driver's license / State ID
Qualifications :
