Pay : $11.00 per hour
Shift : 8 : 30 AM start time - End time varies based on workload
As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining clean and attractive guest rooms, hallways, and public areas of the hotel. This includes daily guest room servicing in line with hotel procedures, stocking carts with supplies, changing bed linens, and replenishing guest room amenities. You'll also be tasked with deep cleaning duties and preventive maintenance within rooms when needed.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in a hotel or similar field is a plus
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively with both guests and team members, in writing and verbally
- Quick decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Greet guests and staff with a friendly, service-oriented attitude
- Maintain consistent attendance as required by the hotel schedule
- Follow proper grooming and uniform standards, including wearing the required name tag
- Comply with hotel safety and operational regulations at all times
- Clean and restock the required number of guest rooms per shift
- Set up housekeeping carts with guest supplies, cleaning supplies, and linens
- Remove trash and soiled linens from guest rooms
- Perform deep cleaning tasks such as changing AC filters, cleaning AC coils, touching up paint, and fixing scratched furniture or doors
- Complete other tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager
