Pay : $100,000 / yr - $140,000 / yr Sales Incentive Bonus
Requirements :
- Experience with sales budgeting and planning
- Effective communicator capable of confidently representing the company at customer meetings and industry trade shows
- Background in the wood products industry, ideally with a Bachelor's or advanced degree
- Over 5 years of experience in long-cycle consultative industrial equipment sales management or a comparable educational and professional history
- Familiarity with commercial terms and contract negotiations
- Strong industry technical expertise
- Proven track record of success in selling technology solutions
Job Duties : As a Sales Manager, you will implement sales strategies that align with the company's goals, penetrate new markets, and enhance cross-selling opportunities. Your daily responsibilities will include identifying new business prospects and developing robust relationships with potential customers, while analyzing sales data and metrics to detect trends and areas for improvement. You'll optimize time management and travel efficiency to maximize customer engagement, which involves conducting thorough customer research, setting appointments, and planning effective routes. Providing accurate sales forecasts for annual, quarterly, and monthly bookings is essential, all while achieving sales metrics that support the company's growth objectives. Additionally, you will present technical sales proposals to key decision-makers, focusing on closing complex sales.
