Reports To: Corporate Program Manager

Clearance Type: Secret

Work Location: National Capital Region

Estimated Start Date: On contract award

Job Description:

Advantage SCI is accepting applications to support a Department of Justice law enforcement task force program.

Summary Of Duties Include But Not Limited To:

• Oversee and manage a project or multiple projects, from inception to deployment, in accordance with contract requirements
• Provide day-to-day management
• Liaise/collaborate with all relevant stakeholders
• Ensure that all parties, e.g., top management, rank-and-file employees, contractor
• management and employees are kept apprised as to all pertinent information and requirements.
• Provide guidance and direction in multiple tasks across several functional areas. Is responsible for overall contractor performance
  
  

Required Experience:

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree
• Active SECRET clearance
• Minimum of 10 years Program Management experience
• Must have experience in managing projects through all phases, from conceptualization to completion/provision of deliverables
• Must demonstrate exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Must demonstrate ability to work with individuals at all levels.
• Must have the ability to plan and organize complex work effectively.
• Must have experience supervising employees.
  
  

Working Conditions:

• Able to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time
• Able to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist and reach
• Able to sit, stand, walk, run
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
