- Provide accurate information regarding services.
- Assist customers with appointments, consultations, and cancellations.
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Document all interactions with customers in our database for future reference.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company services.

Requirements
- Proficiency in English; multilingual skills are a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred.
- Strong computer skills, including data entry and familiarity with internal software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.

Pay: $16.36 - $17.72 per hour
