Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for representing our PEPSICO WAREHOUSE (Quaker, Stacys, Muscle Milk to name a few) brands in grocery stores. The selling ROCKSTAR that we are looking for will have an outgoing personality, the desire to succeed, competitive nature, reliable and eager to grow with our organization. Your primary goal will be to build relationships with Managers that will in turn allow you to sell in our products and build displays that will help grow our business.
Duties
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions and sales of our products to help you sell in additional cases of our products.
- Assist with inventory management by reporting shortages or discrepancies as needed to store personnel.
- Communicate effectively with team members, Store Department Managers to ensure smooth operations and enhance customer service.
Experience
- Previous experience in a grocery store or retail sales or Business to Business selling is required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers, team members, our company trainers and team Supervisor.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment are essential for success in this role.
