Key Responsibilities :
- Design and implement comprehensive activation strategies to meet sales and brand targets.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key accounts and local wholesalers.
- Effectively present and sell brand programming to key partners.
- Lead the planning and execution of exciting brand activations, events, and promotions.
- Manage the Brand Ambassador team, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and event execution.
- Support and guide the Brand Ambassador team to guarantee alignment with our objectives.
- Oversee local asset management, providing ambassadors with necessary merchandise and materials.
- Conduct thorough analyses of activation results, ensuring effective reporting on event success.
- Maintain local budget management, ensuring accurate reporting and reconciliation.
- Prepare diligently for sampling events through pre-calls and checklist validation.
- Observe and ensure execution of events in line with key brand KPIs.
- Accurately submit all program deliverables in a timely manner, including expenses and event recaps.
- Possess knowledge of local nightlife, events, and beverage laws.
- Assist in the evaluation of sales and market data for underperforming accounts.
- Participate actively in on-site event management.
