Responsibilities:
• Develop short-term strategic plans to exceed client goals and deliver on company priorities• Provide support for internal or external clients with day-to-day program management, proposal development, research projects, status reports, meeting recaps, and budget tracking• Develop effective client and retailer relations to facilitate communication and execution with internal departments to ensure that deliverables are successfully achievedEvent/Program Management, to potentially include, program timeline development and management, cost management, pre- and post-promotional analysis, and reporting based on outlined SOPs and best practices• Train, coach, and supervise direct report(s)• Sets goals and operational objectives to achieve operational results. Delegate tasks as appropriate for direct reports
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is required
- 3-5 years of experience in Consumer products, brand, or agency, sales
- Experience in event execution and/or sales preferred
- Possess negotiation, project management and research, analysis, and presentation skills; Good Sales presentation and development skills
- Creative thinker and self-starter who can effectively handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Minimum Qualifications
Education Level: (Required) Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
3-5 years of of CPG industry, sales and marketing agency, Customer, or Client experience.
Experience in event execution and / or sales preferred
