Sr Product Engineer - CRM

Senior Staff Engineer

This is a high-level position, and people selected for this type of job need to have a comprehensive knowledge of software development practices, and they must have mastery overwriting code and debugging code. Engineering at this level will be responsible for leading large-scale engineering initiatives and providing technical leadership across multiple projects.

• Drive strategic engineering initiatives and oversee their execution.
• Develop innovative solutions to complex engineering problems.
• Set technical direction and standards for engineering practices.
• Collaborate with senior management to align engineering objectives with business goals.

Minimum Qualifications The following are the minimum job-related qualifications which an individual needs in order to successfully perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the job

Education Level: (Required) Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

(Preferred) Masters Degree Or Equivalent Experience

Field of Study/Area of Experience: Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent experience.

• 8 years of experience in engineering, with significant leadership experience.
• Proven ability to manage large projects and teams.
• Deep understanding of industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Excellent strategic thinking and communication skills.

• Demonstrated strong knowledge of and adherence to SDLC standards
• Demonstrated ability to interface with collaborative work groups to resolve service issues
• Ability to participate and drive problem resolution and root cause analysis

• Strong written and verbal communications skills including the ability to communicate technical and business information to both technical and non-technical people
• Proven ability to establish strong partnerships with customers, vendors and peers
• Must be able to work with a diverse workgroup made up of various cultural backgrounds, both remote and local employees
