The Territory Sales Representative is responsible for selling and servicing products in the candy, confections, and snacks categories. This individual actively seeks new sales opportunities and collaborates with decision-makers to implement effective selling strategies. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, ambitious, and driven to succeed. Strong communication skills are essential, along with the confidence to influence key decision-makers. Additionally, the candidate should possess excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
· Develop key relationships with store and market managers.
· Maintain scheduled store coverage to client standard.
· Build and maintain high-volume displays.
· Successfully secure and maintain display and shelf placement of client products.
· Identify opportunities and collaborate with store personnel to deliver sales growth.
Qualifications:
MUST have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
· High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience required; bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
· Previous retail sales experience preferred
· Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a fast-paced work environment
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Computer skills including familiarity with Word, Excel, and tablet applications.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
