Advantage Surgical and Wound Care is seeking a Full-Time Jr. Regional Manager to support our growth and account management efforts in Florida. This role will focus on driving business expansion, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring service excellence in Skilled Nursing Facilities and other post-acute care settings.

Position Overview:
The Jr. Regional Manager will support the growth, retention, and operational efficiency of accounts in the Florida region. This individual will work closely with the Regional Sales Manager and Senior Leadership to develop strong client relationships, identify opportunities for service expansion, and facilitate efficient provider operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Growth
- Assist in driving revenue growth by identifying upsell opportunities for additional services (podiatry, dental, G-tube, etc.).
- Conduct business reviews with facilities to evaluate service utilization and expansion potential.
- Support lead generation by leveraging existing facility relationships.
- Maintain detailed records in Salesforce to track business opportunities and market trends.
Account Management & Client Retention
- Build and maintain strong relationships with facility leaders, PCPs, and Medical Directors.
- Conduct regular facility visits to ensure high levels of service satisfaction.
- Provide education and training to facility staff on Advantage Surgical and Wound Care services.
- Collaborate with facility teams to improve provider efficiency and streamline operations.
- Proactively identify and address account retention risks.
Operations & Provider Coordination
- Assist in the assignment and transition of providers within Florida-based accounts.
- Facilitate credentialing and EMR access for providers.
- Ensure new accounts are successfully onboarded and fully integrated with our services.
Qualifications:
- Sales-driven mindset with a passion for territory growth and healthcare business development.
- Strong relationship-building skills and customer service orientation.
- Experience in healthcare sales, post-acute care, or long-term care settings preferred.
- Ability to analyze service utilization trends and identify revenue opportunities.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Willingness to travel up to 60% within Florida.
