Job Summary
We are seeking a seasonal highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to the company, ensuring smooth daily operations and efficient workflow.
Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments.
- Correspondence: Manage incoming and outgoing emails, letters, and other correspondence.
- Document Preparation: Draft, format, and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- Data Entry: Accurately enter and maintain data in various systems and databases.
- Office Supplies: Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring adequate inventory levels.
- Reception: Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and direct inquiries.
- Other Administrative Tasks: Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Google Suite: Strong skills in Docs and Sheets.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to work accurately and with a high level of precision.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues independently.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with others in a team environment.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: Additional education or certification is a plus.
