What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Project Manager position at Advantage Tech?
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with a stong construction background and the following skills and experience :
- 5 years managing commerical construction projects
- Detailed and accurate estimating of competitive bid, negotiated, design-build and CM at Risk commercial construction projects
- Ability to complete accurate schedules, submittals, change orders to variance and pay requests, on time, on budget record of tracking variances and cost projections, estimating, knowledge of project scheduling, subcontract and PO management, construction oversight with superintendent.
- Successful candidate must have thorough knowledge of legal issues and safety standards and a capacity to handle pressure.
- Ability to work well in a team-based environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent Leadership skills
- Conflict resolution skills
- Ability to negotiate and effectively communicate with subcontractors and suppliers
